In the Exhibitor Zone, the exhibitor can create an Email with a file attachement
and setup its Swiftium device so that
Email will be sent automatically to a potential client when a badge has been read.
How does it work?
The exhibitor creates an in the Exhibitor Zone entering a message, a subject and
can add a file attachement
(description of product or other). Then the exhibitor gets a Email Setup Barcode
from the exhibitor zone.
The Email Setup Barcode is read by the device in Auto Setup mode. The device is
then setup.
The exhibitor reads an attendee badge with the Swiftium device, the Swiftium device
gets automatically the attendee
Email address and signal to the Swiftium Servers to send the Email with attachement
that was created by the exhibitor.
Advantages:
The exhibitor has an automated and immediate follow up with its potential
clients. It saves him time, money and gives
him peace of mind. The potential client gets specific information of the exhibitor
products in real time.
